Will flight delays incur extra charges?
No extra charge for reasonable flight delays. Our 24-hour dispatch centre tracks flight status and provides complimentary waiting within reasonable limits. For diversions or major schedule changes, please notify us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can reschedule your driver.
Can you help with luggage?
